A new addition to The Belfry from August 2008. Set among landscaped gardens and lawns. This room makes an ideal setting for conference’s requiring flexibility with room layout, and access to additional syndicate and break out areas. Good natural daylight and full disabled access. Additional benefit of adjoining gardens for client wishing to do outdoor teambuilding and summer refreshment breaks.

The Merlot Suite
The Latest addition to our portfolio of rooms and ideally purpose built. A contemporary choice for client requiring a larger, flexible conference facility. Located on the ground floor with direct disabled access this room has a light, airy and modern feel. Numerous options of room layout can be accommodated with private breakout.

Accommodating up to 600 delegates can be seated theatre style
The Pinotage Suite
Fully self contained with spacious reception & breakout area, good natural daylight ideal for cabaret style presentation. Full self contained

The Boardroom
A purpose built boardroom, ideal for smaller meetings accommodating up to 40 theatre style. Located on the ground floor with spacious lounge and adjacent
toilet facilities.
Syndicate’s l & II
Located side by side on the ground floor, both with good natural daylight. These purpose built facilities are Ideal for smaller meeting or for use as syndicate rooms. Each can take 25 delegates theatre style.
